  2. 1/2 cup Besan
  3. 1 tablespoon Oil
  4. Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida
  5. 10 Curry leaves, 2chopped green chillies,1 chopped onion
  6. Turmeric and chilli powder, coriander powder as per taste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tsp Sugar
  9. 1 tablespoon Yoghurt or lemon juice
  10. 1/4-1/2 cup Hot water
  11. Buttermilk to serve

  2. First, slow roast both the flours till aromatic for around 5 to 8 minutes.
  3. Then transfer to a bowl. Heat oil in a kadhai. Pop mustard seeds and Cumin seeds. Add Curry leaves, chillies, crushed garlic and saute well.
  4. Then add onions and fry well till soft. Add the roasted flours and continue roasting for another 5 minutes. Add all spices, salt, sugar and combine well.
  5. Then add yoghurt, hot water and keep mixing and smoothening the lumps of wheat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with yoghurt, pickle, or buttermilk. Enjoy!
